Processing Time
Orders are processed within **1-2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

All delivery estimates are calculated from the ship date, not the order date.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship automatically every **30 days**. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each shipment. You can update your shipping address at any time through your account portal or by emailing hello@getdaye.com before your next billing date.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your account at getdaye.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to **all 50 US states**. We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping is planned for a future date.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@getdaye.com within **7 days** of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and reship your order at no additional cost.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to **P.O. Boxes** via USPS. UPS shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
